The tank, the power head and the tooling on one wheeled frame. Nothing to bolt to a drum and nothing to plug in — connect the air line and start.
This range is available to order direct — prices in AUD, GST included.
See models & prices ↓A drum-mounted vacuum is the right answer when the waste has to leave site in the drum. When it does not, a trolley unit is faster: one piece of equipment, wheeled to the work, emptied and moved on.
Every unit here runs on compressed air through twin venturis. No motor, no brushes, no electrical supply at the work front, and nothing inside that wears out. The trade is air — these want real volume at the machine, not a hardware-store compressor, and the CFM rating is the first thing to match to what your plant can actually deliver.
For areas with no zone classification. Poly tanks where weight and corrosion matter, stainless where the duty is heavier.
The entry unit. Hard poly tank on a trolley, twin venturi, wet and dry.
Same tank and frame, more air behind it, for heavier or longer recovery runs.
Built for fluid. Pumps the tank back out through the same hose, so nobody lifts it.
The stainless workhorse. High flow, tipping tank, grounding chain.
Where the atmosphere can ignite, the certification covers the whole assembly — tank, power head, hose, wand, fittings and the grounding chain that ties the trolley base back to earth. A certified power head on an uncertified trolley is not a certified vacuum.
The smallest certified trolley unit. Anti-static throughout, grounded base.
Certified fluid recovery with pump-out. 5 metre water lift and a 450 mm front trap for getting waste out.
Full flow in a classified area. Anti-static tank, hose, wand and fittings.
The same 180 CFM unit specified with HEPA exhaust filtration for fine and toxic dusts.
| Air available | The single biggest constraint. 60 CFM is within reach of most workshops; 180 CFM needs a plant compressor and a ¾″ line to the machine. |
|---|---|
| Tank material | Poly for light weight and corrosive fluids. Stainless for heat, heavy solids and any certified unit. |
| Getting the waste out | Tip it, or pump it out through the hose. Pump-out matters once the tank is too heavy to lift safely. |
| Zone classification | If the area is classified, the unit must be certified for it. Zones 1, 2, 21 and 22 are covered by the EX models above. |
| Filtration | Cartridge or bag for general dust; HEPA where the dust is fine, toxic or respirable. |
| Build | Built to order and configurable — hose length, tooling and fittings to suit the job. |
Tell us the material, whether it is wet or dry, the compressed air you can deliver at the work front, and whether the area is classified. Those four answers decide the unit; everything else is configuration.
Send us the application and the air you have available. We will tell you which of these will do the job — and say so if none of them will.
