Brush motors are built for stop-start work. Where a vacuum has to run for hours — fixed to a packaging line, a saw, a filling machine or a CNC enclosure — a side channel blower is the right drive. The motor is coupled directly to the impeller, there are no brushes or belts to wear, and a safety valve protects it if the hose is blocked.
The TB 18 and TB 22 put that blower on a body the same size as the Minibull, with a 45 litre drop-down bin and an M-class star filter cleaned by an external shaker. An ATEX certified version of this model is also available.
